Welcome to Ritzy Ragz. 

By purchasing from our store (online or in person), you agree to the following terms. 

Product Condition
Ritzy Ragz specialises in curated secondhand fashion. Items may show minor signs of wear consistent with previous use. Any significant flaws will be noted in the product description where applicable. 

Pricing
All prices are listed in NXD and include GST where applicable. 

Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed. 

In-Store Pickup
Orders placed for in-store pickup will be held for a reasonable period. Customers will be notified when their order is ready. 

Returns
Due to the nature of secondhand goods, all sales unless the item is faulty or not as described. 

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days or receiving your order.

All website content, branding, and imagery remain the property of Ritzy Ragz and may not be used without permission.
