Ritzy Ragz is a curated secondhand boutique. Due to the nature of pre-loved fashion, all sales are considered final. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

If an item is faulty or significatly not as described, please constact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will review the matter. 

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
